  • Prepared the project baseline schedules and monitored progress using Primavera and company’s inhouse project management software, and Navisworks
  • Lead the digital initiative implementation and used 11 new solutions in field of project management, enterprise risk management, vendor management, quality and EHS . Achieved reduction in operational costs by 10%
• Worked closely with the Business Unit head of India based construction company and prepared techno-commercial bids for water infrastructure projects
  • Secured two project of total value $ 220 million dollars
  • Conducted financial analysis on the working capital requirement, price forecasting of materials, sales over invoice, and vendor credit to forecast the project profitability
