Business Problem
The client was facing internal misalignment with respect to its current strategy and needed support in revamping the same
The client also wanted to develop and implement a suitable performance management system in the organization to effectively cascade the strategy of the organization to a department as well as to an individual level
Solution Overview

Conducted a strategy workshop with the leadership team to revisit the Vision, Mission, Values and Goals
Redesigned the existing organizational structure to realign it with the agreed strategy
