    • Finalized strategy (including vision, mission, and values) post discussions and agreement with all major stakeholders by industry and financial analysis
    • Identified the key projects and timelines for each of them, to be taken up as part of implementing the finalized strategy
    • Designed the organizational structure both for a startup and matured stage
    • Built engagement models for all possible types of stakeholders like customers, doctors, suppliers, etc.
