- Post operational kickoff, the client wanted to develop an in-house home healthcare ERP system
Solution Overview
- Acuvon worked closely with the founding and leadership teams of the parent company to finalize a strategy, business plan, and an operating model
- Finalized strategy (including vision, mission, and values) post discussions and agreement with all major stakeholders by industry and financial analysis
- Identified the key projects and timelines for each of them, to be taken up as part of implementing the finalized strategy
- Designed the organizational structure both for a startup and matured stage
- Built engagement models for all possible types of stakeholders like customers, doctors, suppliers, etc.
- Created a comprehensive multiple phase launch plan for the business and assisted the client with the soft launch as well

- Partnered with an IT vendor to prepare the first-level of Functional Requirement Document (FRD) out of the BRD finalized
