Business Problem

  • The client was facing internal misalignment with respect to its current strategy and needed support in revamping the same
  • The client also wanted to develop and implement a suitable performance management system in the organization to effectively cascade the strategy of the organization to a department as well as to an individual level

Solution Overview

  • Acuvon worked closely with the leadership team to build consensus on the direction of the new strategy
    • Conducted a strategy workshop with the leadership team to revisit the Vision, Mission, Values and Goals
    • Redesigned the existing organizational structure to realign it with the agreed strategy
    • Built strategic authorities and responsibilities matrix to drive the changes to the existing strategy
    • Identified the key pillars based on the agreed strategy and projects against each pillar
    • Created a comprehensive action plan for implementation of the identified projects in agreement with all major stakeholders
    • Carried out detailed market study and developed business plan for some of the new businesses under incubation
  • Acuvon helped the client in implementing Balanced Scorecard(BSC) across the organization
    • Conducted a strategy workshop with the leadership team to identify corporate level objectives
    • Created the corporate level KPIs from the agreed corporate objectives
    • Cascaded the corporate level KPIs to department level and then to an individual level
